Precision Springs (M) Sdn. Bhd. is committed to comply with all applicable ISO / IATF 16949:2016 requirements and Customer Specific Requirements (CSR). Will continuously improve the effectiveness of Quality Management System, Products and Production process to better satisfy the needs and expectations of its customers and deliver to them on time and every time defect free product and services.
Quality Objective
- On time delivery to be measured.
- To minimize customer complaints.
- Perform overall equipment efficiency (stamping), reduce machine down time (springs).
Environmental Policy
Precision Springs (M) Sdn Bhd policy is to carry out operations which are responsible environmentally. Precision Springs will comply with environmental laws and manage operation with minimizing impact to the environment.
In line with the policy, Precision Springs shall:
- Maintain compliance towards environmental laws and regulations.
- Eliminate, reduce and reuse the release of contaminants by prevention of pollution, recycling and effective collection of waste management.
- Environmental policy and its performance in a manner of tracking to be communicated to all members of employees within the organisation.
Precision Springs will achieve the above commitments by:
- Provide adequate environmental awareness, handling and waste management training.
- Evaluate operations in angle of chemical or contamination waste.
- Collaborate with customers and suppliers on environmental issues.
